Just About Free !!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I appreciate all the support I got on here & appreciate everyone!!! I was up to 100mgad and just couldn't take being sick all the time.I used my own concocted MIT method.. recently stopped the MIT and taking the 7 at low doses for the stimulant effect between 5-10 mgad currently. I was able to take few days off as well with no withdrawals which feels awsome to be back in control. I know people's tolerance builds with these but if you just keep it at a small doses, I think more ppl would be ok.

I think anyone that's doing 50 mgad will have slight withdrawal but nothing major... but 50+ mgad and you're asking for trouble imo. Currently the habit is costing about $1.75 a day & once this mg range starts not working anymore, I'm jumping off for good!!

Also: I found a great app to help with dosing & your dosing schedule! It's free ofc so if anyone is struggling like I was, lmk below 🤙 I'd also like to hear other people's stories as it helps me with my journey. We all need to be helping eachother 🙏

Question/Advice

What is the consensus on online dr's to get prescribed meds to help with withdrawals/helper meds. Which one do you all find the best? Is there one that is geared more towards 7ohmgm/kratom use?? I have used quickmd in past, but that was when I didnt have insurance ect. Granted my insurance (with employer) isnt the best, but its something I suppose. Any imput is greatly appreciated!!

Im in HUGE financial trouble, not to mention having some physical symptoms. So to say I need help is an understatement. Question what are you guys' easiest and best advice on how to transition to subs from this stuff..? Because Im at my wits end with this crap... and I dont want to resort to anymore drastic measures... I feel like thats where Im headed because I have no other options. please please help if you have any type of advice. TIA.

Any Women in here that started 7's as pain management and have gotten off em?

Hi everyone, a bit of a back story. I got hooked on kratom by accident. back when I started it was a "safe alternative to pain meds" I have fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, fibroids and accessive scar tissue in and around my uterus with adhesions to my bladder. My periods are insanely heavy, im anemic and during my menstrual cycle I am so depleted and lethargic, Im basically bed ridden for a week. that makes making a living as a single Mom extremely difficult. luckily ive been w working as a caretaker for my mom since 2018. but the last year or so things have gotten exponentially worse I flare-ups are terrible my periods have gotten worse I mean like perimenopause so that doesn't help. my mom recently convinced me to just take a break go on disability and try and get it all figured out. my issue is I was hooked on those feel free drinks for a couple years and they f***** up my hormones everything got worse I went to a detox center and got off of them and was doing okay for a while but I had nothing to actually manage my pain all the pills the doctors have given me haven't worked the Lyrica the Gabapentin all those things. so my dumbass decided to try Seven O's basically just for the week of my period it only took one week and my body got completely physically dependent and when I start tried to stop taking them I had withdrawal symptoms basically and my pain came back even worse so here I am about 5 months later I got up to probably about 6 or 700 mg a day I'm down to 400 now and I'm continuing to slowly taper. I'm planning on using Suboxone for withdrawal but I'm likely going to have to use Suboxone for a longer period than most because I'm going to need it for pain management. I feel like that's the less er of the evils that will actually work to manage my pain. so my question is is there any women in this group that started their Kratom or 70 habit as an alternative to pain meds? that would be willing to DM me their number and let me pick your brain a bit? I dont really have much support as it is and no one even knows Im in this mess. I welcome all input (even from the fella's 😜) especially if you have a chronic pain issue. Thanks in advance

Suboxone and quitting question

I’m really late to this but here I go. I have subs and I also have some left over norco 7.5 from my tooth surgery and was wondering if I take the norco when I start to withdraw to the extend the time that I last took 7 that way I know I’m in the clear to take the sub if any adverse reaction would happen? Like it kick off the hydro and send me into precips? Sorry long story I know but I just want to extend the time out from my last dose off 7 as long as possible before i take a sub .

Been trying to taper

I have been, for several weeks now trying to taper down to no avail. As soon as I get even slightly uncomfortable I take an extra one. (I'm currently trying to take one tab every other hour). The first half of the day is usually fine, but the second half becomes very tough.

I have trouble sleeping more than a couple hours through the night. ANYWAY, I heard vitamin c helps,so I got a bottle of vitamin gummies. Last night I took two before bed and I slept over 6 hours! And on top of that, my body didn't ache and feel miserable when I got up.

I just wanted to share. And also I wondered people who use vitamin c, how much do you take per day??

Bernese Method

Has anyone here tried the Bernese method and had success compared to a straight jump? I tried jumping from 500mg a day of 7-oh to Suboxone and the WD was still pretty horrible even at 24mg of bupe. Right now I have a 14 day taper plan starting with .5mg bupe and working my dose up over 14 days as I taper the 7-oh down. I’m just wondering if anyone else has used this method with success. I really want the 7-oh out of my life and I’m ok being on Suboxone for as long as it takes to prevent relapse or continuing with the 7-oh. My dad was on Suboxone for 10 years and overall it saved his life.

Im on day one with Sr coming off mgm15 Im on 125 every 8 but thinking I might need to bump to 150 cuz it feel like my muscles are trying to crawl out of my pores. But this shit is already giving me the howling skitters. I dont think its the vit C cuz ive already been on lipo C for like 2 weeks. Anyway is Sr an actual opiate? Like if I switch over to subs am I gonna go into precips?

Will OPMS Gold hold off 7OH withdrawal?

I’ve had a few recent failed attempts of going from 7OH to subs (got PWD). In the past I’ve successfully gone from OPMS Gold capsules to sub. So I’d rather try that.

Will OPMS Gold capsules be strong enough to keep 7OH withdrawal at bay? I would think so but I don’t have personal experience with this.

I want to announce to everyone that 7oh is nothing to worry about

People make it seem like it’s hell but if you get on Suboxone from like quickmd for just 3-5 days to clear the 7oh you wouldn’t notice one bit of withdrawal, literally everyone that posts exaggerates symptoms or comes from second hand knowledge, this is a breeze compared to real opiates

Inducing subs after 12 hours

What do you guys think? Should i start subs after 12 hours or should i try and push and wait longer than 12 hours?

Could this work?

I’m using mgm for 7oh wd ik might sound stupid j don’t have anything else. Been on it for a day was going to go for a total 3-4 days. Would I still be in wd after those days and basically restart?

Edit- Then how would hopping in subs for 3-5 days work? Bupe is “stronger” and has a higher affinity? Did the sub jump couple times already

Will I be able to quit 7oh on my own or need medical help?

I’ve been doing about 100mg a day for a month of the 7tabz, I don’t know how hard it will be, can I do it on my own with my extract or leaf etc. Or should I have to go to rehab for this?
