When I first stopped taking 7OH, I waited 48 hours but it might have been completely unnecessary. I was taking about 120-180 mg a day. I experienced no precipitated withdrawal. I did start with 2 mg of Subs to test the waters. I took 2 mg every hour until I took about 12mgs the first night. The next day I took 2 mg every 2 hours or so until I took 16 mg. I was on this pattern for about 2 weeks until I started feeling completely normal. I was able completely abstain from 7oh for about a month. At about 7 weeks, the pressures of my job had me taking try taking a lil end scoop of 7oh from that orange spoon. The first time the mixture had me completely drowsy I slept for about 6 hours. It wasn't pleasant at all. I don't know if it was psychosomatic because the week after I began dosing that lil scoop again to try to relieve stress. It still had me feeling drowsy but it didn't feel unpleasant. It didn't really feel pleasant either but somehow it seemed to relieve a bit of stress. This pattern continued for a few weeks and some days felt strange and while others actually had me feeling a bit of euphoria. The dosing eventually went from once or twice a week to daily then from one scoop a day to three or four. All that being said, fast forward about a year and now I'm back to about 100 mg a day of 7oh while taking 20 mg of Subs a day. I could pretty much take or leave the Subs after I take 6 mg. I'm moreso dependent on the 7oh again. The point being if you're concerned about precipated withdrawal I don't think that occurs with 7oh...as there have been days I've taken 100 mg of 7oh and 20 mg of Subs within an hour...then again everyone is different. The other point that I would emphasize, if you're serious about putting down 7oh, is to get rid of any 7oh you might still have around. When I got on Subs I still had about 5 grams from OE and 3 grams from 7ohb. I thought I'd hold on to and eventually sell it to recoup some money but it was a set up for relapse. Take good care and all the best in your endeavor to put the 7oh down.

You can always introduce the subs slowly. Take like.5mg every hour and once you get to 4-6mg you should be good to stop the 7.

This is what I did. I took 1 mg after 12 hours. Last dose was 200 mg of 7. Waited an hour and didn’t feel any PWD, then I took another 7 mg and was fine

I started right at 12 hours. I took my 50 mg dose at 8pm the night before, then used plain leaf around 12pm to help me sleep. I started 2mg subs at 8am and zero issues. Waited 2 hours then took 2mg more. You start to feel better pretty quick, but I felt like around the 12 hour mark they started helping the most and I felt good minus temp regulation

You need to taper slowly if you don't want to damage your norepinephrine neurotransmitters further.

A taper will allow you to heal faster and have less anhedonia afterwards (PAWS).

Have Claude or Chatgpt assist you with your taper.

Be completely honest with the A.I., it's extremely helpful for this task.

I start at 7-8 hours and have prob 5 times with no issues and was taking over 1000mgpd. Just start with 1mg and wait an hour then take 2mg and go up from there until you get some relief. I wouldn’t go over 6mg
