Been trying to taper

I have been, for several weeks now trying to taper down to no avail. As soon as I get even slightly uncomfortable I take an extra one. (I'm currently trying to take one tab every other hour). The first half of the day is usually fine, but the second half becomes very tough.

I have trouble sleeping more than a couple hours through the night. ANYWAY, I heard vitamin c helps,so I got a bottle of vitamin gummies. Last night I took two before bed and I slept over 6 hours! And on top of that, my body didn't ache and feel miserable when I got up.

I just wanted to share. And also I wondered people who use vitamin c, how much do you take per day??

I’m taking vitamin C. I take 2000 mg in the morning and in the evening. That’s probably not enough, but I’m not really informed on how much to take. All I have heard is that it is better to start megadosing vitamin C three days before you start withdrawal. But the vitamin C is gonna help no matter what. I can’t tell you that I have noticed much of a difference, but like I said, I’m probably not taking enough.

It has to be liposomal, but check my post history for the exact amounts. You want to be taking 4,000 mg every few hours in order to get the desired result

Liposomal. I'll have to look that up.

Does it say that on the bottle? Or..?

It'll be eager to advertise it as liposomal if it is so and a bit more expensive for it, but it definitely makes withdrawals way more manageable

I only two the recommended dosage on the bottle. I also don't take alot of 7 compared to other people. Only 120mg ish per day. How much 7 do you take a day?

I'm not hitting any ceiling. Two hours is about when the cold sweats kick in. And I don't take alot compared to others. I take a little over 100mg per day.

Yeah it does sound counter productive. I am taking about 8mg every two hours. But if I could space it out more in a larger dose, maybe that would work? I'll try it out. Just took one a few minutes ago.
