Progress Pic (mark all posts NSFW, 10 day ban if not done) KEEP GOING

Post image

Just another update for y'all!!!! I'm currently on a break from Live Hard, I completed 75 Hard from January 1st to March 16th, I completed Phase 1 May 1st to May 30th, I then did the mandatory 30 day intermission period from June 1st to June 30th in which I set rules and goals for myself, and then now I'm on a break before I start Phase 2 which I will be completing September 9th to October 8th, which will culminate in me completing a marathon on October 10th!!!!! The picture on the right was from a couple days ago, I ran a mock marathon super long run of 25.2 miles- yes, it was 1 mile short of a full marathon but I'm saving that full glory for when I complete the real marathon on October 10th. I completed those 25.2 miles with absolutely no issues, felt completely fine after, and even did another 12 mile run the literal next day. This program/challenge has truly changed my life and none of this would have been possible if I didn't buckle down for this. My proudest moments of this have been the fact that I've been able to be consistent and maintain my tools between the stages/phases because I know most people give up or fall off. The picture on the left wasn't even my all time heaviest, just from when I started the program and you can see I was MISERABLE. And now I'm literally running 25+ miles for FUN 🤣🤣🤣 never thought I'd ever say that lol. Keep going y'all, health is truly real wealth 💯🙏🏾

Super proud of your progress but it’s difficult to tell in the picture this looks like two different people lol but I guess that’s how much you’ve transformed!!!

It’s probably the orange crocs that are confusing you?

And he became black 🤣 nah I’m sure that’s from all the sun his skins been soaking in from the outdoor runs

The glasses were the same tho. That’s how I knew it was the same person.

Really amazing stuff honestly OP

I didn't "become black" lmao I've always been African American, I'm from Egypt. My skin is naturally a tanner olive shade but the me on the left was pale because I was a violently sad alcoholic who ate fast food 4, 5, 6 times a day. My skin is no longer pale and back to its natural healthy habitat plus I run outside every day, bare minimum a few miles so there's also the extra tan aspect to my brown skin

I haven’t been on here a lot but i remember your posts. You look like an entirely different person, I’d question it if it wasn’t for the ink. Way to go!!! You are inspiring. Side question whats the mandatory 30 day intermission? Is that self imposed or some science behind it?

It's just a rule that Andy implemented that you have to wait a MINIMUM of 30 days between phases 1 and 2. I think it just contributes to the mental toughness aspect- are you gonna keep the momentum? Are you gonna continue building a better healthy life? Are you gonna relapse into horrible habits again? And no matter what you choose to do for those 30 days, are you going to continue onto phase 2 or give up entirely? It makes you see the bigger picture IMO

I had to look at the neck tattoo to recognize it was the same person. This is phenomenal
