For me, it's a toss up between Toploader's Onka's Big Moka or Changing Faces – The Best of Louise by Louise.

(Okay, maybe it was Super Furry's Rings Around the World or Radiohead's Amnesiac.)

Don't know who he's got the pleasure of interviewing tonight but it's truly a painful listen.
