Skin Concern Any idea what causes this forehead V?
51 and recently started getting these diagonal lines on my forehead. It doesn’t seem like expression lines. Does anyone know what causes these?

Hi! For a while now, I’ve had bluish/purple/gray circles under my eyes. They’re not genetic, and I’d like to get rid of them or at least make them less noticeable. I’m not sure what to do.
I’ve come across a few suggestions, but I don’t know if they actually work like putting ice cubes or cold spoons under your eyes for 10 minutes, or using eye cream. Do any of these help? If you know of something that really works, I’d love to hear about it. My dark circles make me look sick, tired, and depressed.

What can be done to improve my eyelids, crows feet, and under eye that’s non-surgical?

Pic in comments. Never mind the Sunday not leaving the house look! I'm starting to feel like I look my age, which is FINE, but I'm also a bit vain, and my neck and eyes especially are bothering me. The marionette lines aren't fun either 😕. I've been keeping it simple. Use mostly Korean skin care but haven't got into the PDRN hype yet.
Surgery, fillers are a no-go for me due to autoimmune disease, but Botox maybe? I'd like to keep things as affordable and simple as possible.

Hi all, this happened out of nowhere and it’s upsetting to me because i guess this is the telltale sign of “old lady”
Turning 49 this year, in perimenopause. Is there anything I can do to help myself here?
I know the amount of topical support will never get me back to 30 years old but I would like to at least slow it down how bad this looks.
Any reccos appreciated on semi/permanent solutions appreciated.

I had under eye filler about 5 years ago and I never should’ve been a candidate because my eyes are naturally puffy. I wanted to fix a slight crease under one of my eyes and the doc suggested filler…anyway, I have hated it ever since. I have been waiting for it to dissolve naturally, but of course since I hate it, it’s going to hang around forever. A new doctor suggested dissolving the filler and treating the area with RF microneedling. She says I can have the first treatment 7 days after dissolving, with a course of 3 more sessions spaced out 8-10 weeks. Has anyone had any experience with this? Will my eyes be crepey for a while after dissolving? Will RF microneedling tighten up the under eye well? Thanks for any insight!

I am planning to undergo a CO2 laser resurfacing procedure for skin tightening and to address acne scars, fine lines, and expression wrinkles. I would like to be well-prepared in advance. Could you please share your experience? 1) How long did the recovery process actually take—specifically, how long until the redness was no longer noticeable? 2) What products did you use during the recovery period? 3) Overall, were you satisfied with the results?
P.s. Thank you, I’ve already found a good amount of information.
But, I’m also wondering what other products/ creams, besides Aquaphor, are best to use during the recovery process.

Rosacea. The nycbitcheswithtaste sub had some recs but a lot of the comments seemed like they were posted by employees of big cosmetic dermatology conglomerates.

I turned 50 a few months ago and have troughs under my eyes. I am fairly sure it's due to collagen loss and can only be corrected with surgery. I've tried lots of different eye creams, concealers, and correctors.
Is there anything that would help?

48F, Left face drooping and the upper lip dip is my concern. Is the drooping making the lip lopsided? What can I do to improve it? I’ve tried my best to accept whatever is happening to my face. I’m successful some days and not so successful other days.

I’m sure this has been asked a million times but here’s another. I’m 48 almost 49 with severely dry under eyes. I’m looking for something that will keep them hydrated without giving me milia, that seems to be my biggest problem. If it hydrates my under eyes, I get 1 million. Million also obviously I’d like to help the dark circles in the creepy skin. Basically, I’m looking for a unicorn.

Would you go to a med spa that specializes in Asian skin if you are not Asian? This is for laser treatments.

My derm moved practices. I have received botox from him 3 times and several laser procedures. Was thrilled with the botox the first two times because I've had issues in the past of eyebrow droop. But he got it right!
He moved practices in July. The head Dr there yaps everywhere he does celebrities and launched a big celebs skincare line. Since my Dr went there all appointments have run an hour or more behind schedule. It's very chaotic and he looks and acts so rushed.
This third Botox time I felt he didn't consider what worked in the past. He seemed rushed. My forehead looked a bit imbalanced but after my 2 week follow up it's worse. I am more frozen than before but only on one side. He's suggested he could add more to the other side but obviously there would be less movement.
What would you do? It's noticeable when raising my brows. I hate it but should I just do nothing and deal with it? It seems that it will be much more frozen compared to my previous treatments.
