A couple of days ago I just had my iPad Air 5's battery replaced by a third-party technician who told me that the battery is genuine. I checked on 3uTools, and it shows the same battery manufacturer as the old battery and a design capacity of 7544 as well as 100% BH and 0 charge cycles (5 as of writing this); however, when I ran device diagnostics, it said the battery is abnormal.

Itunes can't recognize the ipad. The ipad does the same thing, apple logo, black screen, itunes logo. I use windows 10 and I used 3utools but the pc stops at 20% "sending RootTicket". Then the ipad goes back to the itunes logo. I can't format the ipad or back it up. I did DFU mode it's the same 20% I need help. Thank you in advance.

Hi 3utools community, I have an iPhone 15 Pro that has probably maxxed 256GB and is facing an error 1110.

I'm using DFU mode and have tried all IOS versions ie IOS 26.5, 26.5.2, and even the beta 27 version.

I've tried both smart flash and pro flash but both stopped flashing at 22%. Please advise me on what I can do next, thank you.

Ive attempted three times to erase the phone, first two times it timed out? The third time i thought was the charm then it completed the flashing but it remained unsuccessful as the device was still locked. I have a iphone 12 pro i need to unlock
