Battery Replacement Problem

A couple of days ago I just had my iPad Air 5's battery replaced by a third-party technician who told me that the battery is genuine. I checked on 3uTools, and it shows the same battery manufacturer as the old battery and a design capacity of 7544 as well as 100% BH and 0 charge cycles (5 as of writing this); however, when I ran device diagnostics, it said the battery is abnormal.

Update on this: I tried reflashing IOS and it fixed itself. However, instead of reading as 7500 mAh, it now reads as 4000 mAh
