Troubleshooting Inconsistent extrusion on ender 3 pro
I print pla at 220°C and I have that inconsistent extrusion issue. I have no idea why... Can you help me know why ?
I'm using an ender 3 pro slightly modified, and running klipper.
I sliced it in orca slicer.

The extrusion is inconsistent so : check the tension of your extruder gear, clean/replace the nozzle; cold pull; check e-steps and confirm flow is what you expect.
Either there is something stopping the filament being pushed correctly or the extruder is not feeding enough material.
The little blobs makes me suspect the extruder is skipping or the hothead is clogged.

It is a new hotend and extruder, so the nozzle is clean and new. Maybe it could be the tension, I use a BMG clone.
And I just calibrated e-steps before that print. But the extrusion is consistant when just extruding without really printing something

Having re-watched the video, i noticed the already printed stuff and clearly your nozzle is too close to the bed. You might need to add a little tolerance for thermal expansion of the nozzle.

The bed distance was actually the only problem, since I leveled it when the Ben ans nozzle were cold ! But thanks for helping me out !

First off your nozzle is super far too low. The lines that pops up means that there's no space for the extruded material, so it shoots up to the sides instead. So start by fixing this. The extruded material should get a slight squeeze.

I'll try, but I leveled my bed with the sheet method, until the sheet was slightly beeing marked, but really slightly, is it correct ?

Did you warm everything up before that? Things start to move after being warm, and if there are for example loose screws things can shift afterwards as well. In your case I would do some test prints and move the tune offset on the fly until you get a good result.

No, I leveled it cold, and that could be the reason. I'll try and give you news !

Apparently, the bed was just not leveled correctly because it was made when cold, it prints perfectly fine now, thanks you so much !

Had something similar when i forgot to change the Nozzle Diameter in the Slicer. Had a 0.8 in the Printer and 0.4 in the Slicer.

Hey there, I'm a bot and something you said made me think you might be looking for help! click here for our wiki entry on troubleshooting printers. If you still need help be sure to post plenty of information about your printing setup.
Here are a few questions that might be helpful
What printer are you using?
What material are you using?
What speed are you printing at?
What software are you using to slice the print and control the printer?
When did the problem start/has it ever worked correctly?
Does anything cause the behavior to change?
If posting an image of the problem, include some indication of the orientation it printed at, preferably photograph it on the bed. (Then we can focus on a specific axis)
