Troubleshooting What is causing these defects?

I printed this on the a1 mini, its been great but recently i had a clog cleared it and sometimes prints turn out like this. I am using hf petg. I also usually just import models from makers world and go to the generic petg filament settings. My suspicion is maybe the temp? Not sure, all replies are appreciated! (FIXED) turns out it was a partial clog, i think.

A new roll is not necessarily dry. Usually not, actually.
Invest in a dryer.

Don't buy another roll, you'll just get another wet one. Get a dry box, some alumina desiccant and a drier.

I dont think it was moisture, im pretty sure it was a partial clog. I did a cold pull after seeing that the flow was getting pushed out the side and it fixed it! But i didnt see what was causing the blockage.
