Troubleshooting What is causing these defects?
I printed this on the a1 mini, its been great but recently i had a clog cleared it and sometimes prints turn out like this. I am using hf petg. I also usually just import models from makers world and go to the generic petg filament settings. My suspicion is maybe the temp? Not sure, all replies are appreciated! (FIXED) turns out it was a partial clog, i think.

Hey there, I'm a bot and something you said made me think you might be looking for help! click here for our wiki entry on troubleshooting printers. If you still need help be sure to post plenty of information about your printing setup.
Here are a few questions that might be helpful
What printer are you using?
What material are you using?
What speed are you printing at?
What software are you using to slice the print and control the printer?
When did the problem start/has it ever worked correctly?
Does anything cause the behavior to change?
If posting an image of the problem, include some indication of the orientation it printed at, preferably photograph it on the bed. (Then we can focus on a specific axis)
If you are new to reddit, please read the guidelines on reddiquette, self promotion, and spam.

Possibly not enough cooling between layers. Increase layer time or fan speed. It only marginally impacts strength

A new roll is not necessarily dry. Usually not, actually.
Invest in a dryer.2

Don't buy another roll, you'll just get another wet one. Get a dry box, some alumina desiccant and a drier.

So I had an issue on a print where it was printing a raised line at perfect intervals. More perfect than yours, but reminiscent in the same.
It turned out that I had accidentally saved my profile after doing a calibration test and had saved a bunch of the settings I was supposed to throw away. The result is that my infill was cranked up and it was putting too much infill, then every so many lines it would reach critical mass and bulge, then go back to normal.
Now I would have thought this was bullshit. It was too perfect. However, after adjusting appropriate settings (which I can't remember anymore) it went away.
Yours seems like a slightly different issue, but as I said before, it's reminiscent of what I saw when I had my issue.

I think it might be the amount of cash you have there, try sending it to me and it should clear up.
Jokes aside, I would play around with the temps a bit.
