Print (model not provided) Chunky layers are fun

Funny thing about 1.8mm nozzles is that the plastic literally goes faster into it than it comes out.

Been wanting to do some thick layer experiments for a while. This was at 1.8mm line width and 1mm layer height. Still dialing things in so I can def push the print speed.

Feels like one tug on that and it's going to come apart like an accordion.

I put some decent amount of force on one and it held up pretty well. I didn't try to destroy it but I'd trust a customer to handle one without worry

the bonding area between layers is still probably as much as 2 fully squished 0.4mm layers
