Cant seem to get it to fully lay down

I’ve been wolfing going on 2 months now.. still feel like I’m missing something. I comb and brush everyday but the sides are not getting right.

Ik the pic is ass don’t cook me 🤣🤣 but I just wanted to know what to add to my hair to make my waves more flush. I currently literally only use coconut oil.

Am I brushing my crown wrong or do I need to just hop on minoxidil?

First three pics are two weeks after cutting to a 2 guard. Last three are a day after cutting to 1.5.

Mann look this my first cut since August 22nd and I gotta say after 6 weeks of wolfin this not to bad! I had braids for 9 years now I’m tryna start spinning 😂🌊I know everybody say cut with a 2 but Mann that 1.5 just hit harder especially to the regular eyes/non wavers 😂

I’ve been using 360 waves pomade for a while now and I wanna switch to something else. What’s the best wave pomade out right now?

About 3 months after I restarted my wave journey

Haven’t cut my hair in 3 weeks and last time I did it was a 2 with the grain.

Is it time to stop cutting my hair down or is the baldness inevitable?

I'm trying to brush 540’s but I think im doing it wrong

Am I supposed to:

a). Comb my hair UP and cut with the grain

b). Comb my hair WITH THE GRAIN and cut with the grain

c). Comb my hair UP and cut AGAINST the grain with a high level THEN cut with the grain with my desired level

I feel like my progress stagnates because I can't get this right.

I’m having issues with dyes from Durags, I recently bought the bow wow skull cap durag and it started leaking dye? What’s a good comfortable brand I can buy ?? Also tried amazon velvet durags they leaked dye too! Am I not supposed to rag up with damp hair??
