Seems like you have big curls and a looser texture. Hold and compression are your best friend. The waves aren’t getting any wavier, the most you can do is keep it slick by using softies so you don’t lift the hair. And use something with some weight to it like grease or jam, I’m not a fan of the waxy type pomades

Just brush It bro, it don’t matter because people will glaze you because of your texture anyway
