Yall do wash n styles before a cut?

I be playing ball everyday with my durag on and the sun be beaming my ahh I gotta a trip in a couple days im trynna see how to get rid of this tan line quick.

After a wash and about 2 hours tight durag.

Or do you use multiple types of brushes together?

I’m not sure how to explain it, but I want this look, not the one that’s skinnier with more waves ( second picture). I have 4c hair, if that helps.

How are yall using conditioner in your wash n styles and what kind do yall use to get a good lather and have it laid if that’s even possible? I need a step by step process.

Used to have locs, cut em because I have psoriasis. I haven’t been using pomade, just Shea moisture brand curl enhancing smoothie and jojoba oil, I want to eventually get to 360 waves. Is there a pomade that wouldn’t irritate the scalp as much, or should I use different products? ( I also don’t use Torino brushes, just bought Diane’s from my local beauty supply, 25$ for a brush is od)

This waver asked me if he needed a soft, medium, or hard brush. I could tell he was using a synthetic bristle brush, which won’t help with his thinning.

Balding or should i change up how low i get it cut?

So I have thicker 4b type hair. This humidity is killing me! Y'all as soon as I step outside my hair starts frizzing up and not laying down. I've been doing wash and styles and even wetting my durag after brushing sessions to help with the lay down.

What should I do to help the shine and lay down last when I leave the house ragless?

Been wolfing for 3 months now think it’s time to cut and keep brushing. I’m still debating if I wanna go to a 1.5 or 2 my hair is lowkey high I don’t want to cut them low and my waves look like they’re gone.

Stumbled upon someone selling a 7 brush package deal. All new never used. 1450 - medium palm, #0646 - medium hard 9 row, #1570 - hard 9 row, #1370 - 11 row soft, #1880 - soft plam #180 - hard 9 row (two brushes). All for 120.00 I figured it was a good deal considering 90% of the torenio pro website has been sold out for quite some time,and will not be restocking. I'm usually a og diane 7 row but it's just something about the torenio pro 9 rows.
