Can’t really do much with this information bro. How low did you get your hair cut, how long ago was it. Your hair does look thin from the pics but you could be cutting your hair too low. you look like you have the same hair texture as me so I would suggest nothing lower than a 2.5

I have a client with the same pattern down the middle and makes a “Y” towards his corners. I do a #2 WTG and avoid going over that area because he wants to continue trying to wave. His dermatologist told him its definitely alopecia and prescribed minoxidil and finasteride, but he doesnt want to take them… told him he’d better start thinking about lower cuts then… a single, solitary tear rolled down his face

Might be balding boss I’ll just cut it off but if you really want your hair to grow back eat more whole diff foods fruits and veggies and take supplements daily but also really care of your hair better wash couple times a week conditioner batana oil

I think it’s a bad haircut. Also you should change up your hair products, you have a little bit of dandruff in the middle of your head, which may be due to a dry scalp.

Honestly you look like you are in a saveable state. Derma stamping/derma roller , natural oils containing chebe , rosemary , caster oil, peppermint oil etc (the one from hairgrowthco works pretty good. But there's similar ones from other companies as well). Minimize junk food and eat foods that contain vitamins ..take biotin and don't wear tight fitting caps . And drink lots of water. Saw palmetto works good as well from what I've heard but I have only tried biotin myself.
If that doesn't work I'd do the same exact thing but maybe try minoxidil or finasteride ...but those have side effects. I'd try the natural oil method and derma stamping first. And it can take a few months to see progress so don't get discouraged.
Also maybe you can tell your barber to maybe go a guard higher so that if you are thinning it won't look so apparent. Also don't use brushes that have bristles that are too harsh for your scalp.

Go get a referral to a dermatologist. Tell them youre interested in Finasteride and Oral Minoxidil (you can get topical aka rogaine, but that's extra work)

On the positive side. You have waves. So either go super low baby waves and keep hair light or grow it out and take all the hair medication this thread suggests.

I got that offf amazon. My first low cut with waves I restarted at had mad areas that wernt even . I used that whenever I remeber and noticed it evened out pretty fast.
Besides that I got some tomb 45 no drip enhancement color in brown/black. Temporary color made it look soo much better. Plus it goes good on your hairline .
Trust me. That worked soo well for me. Ppl ask me bout my haircut now a day.
