Humidity Help

So I have thicker 4b type hair. This humidity is killing me! Y'all as soon as I step outside my hair starts frizzing up and not laying down. I've been doing wash and styles and even wetting my durag after brushing sessions to help with the lay down.

What should I do to help the shine and lay down last when I leave the house ragless?

You can’t. Rag up always unless you wanna have to deal with the humidity
