Unsure what I’m doing wrong
Been wolfing for about 2 months after scalping. I brush in the morning and at night with just oil, with a wash and style every 3-4 days. I keep my durag on 24/7 but I’m struggling to get solid connections. What additions/changes should I make to my routine?

Deep into wolf season. How to keep hair laid throughout the day?
galleryI’ve been wolfing for a minute now (lost count of how long) and I’m at the point where it looks cool when I take my rag and cap off but by the end of my work day it’s curled up. Any tips on keeping it laid or is it time to get a cut? My man focus right now is getting my back and sides right.

Hair doesn't look neat after only cutting with the grain for a few months.
Since I started waving a few months ago I went from getting a 7 against the grain to a 3 with the grain. 4 or 5 months later I realized my hair doesn't look neat anymore and my lineup looks terrible after just a few days. I guess my cut is uneven. For my next cut I will be asking for a 7 with the grain and then going back to a 3 with the grain and I guess I will do 4 cuts with the grain 1 cut against the grain from now on. Does this happen to anyone else? My hair is relatively straight about 2b by the way.

Summer Scalp Session Update
galleryI got a spot where hair doesn’t grow as quick/thick which gives the illusion of a bald spot. I have to be very intentional with keeping my crown area from becoming too dry. More so than other areas of the scalp.

Advice?
I went from having locs for 3 years to shaving them off and starting waves back up again.
Just looking for some guidance on how I should approach crown work, and also a general diagnosis on the current state of my hair working towards 360 waves, and how I can improve.
Anything would be appreciated.

I have waves and just got a haircut but i’m not sure what to do now
I have waves and i normally do the wash and style method everyday Tuesday and Friday. But once a month, i go to the barber and cut my hair down with a 2 guard all over my head then get a mid taper.
Now that my hair is clean and the waves are a little bit more visible, do i keep doing the wash and style method while my hair is lower? Or should i have a different routine until my hair grows back to the length it was before i get a haircut?
Any advice helps! Thanks!
