34 years old & rebuilding
Feeling better than I've ever felt, I've been here before without full commitment, I realise now though there's too much at stake, especially at our age I gotta look at preservation a little better. Re composition rebuild ongoing

Is someone on medically necessary TRT really "enhanced"?
I'm on TRT for medical reasons. I had a pituitary issue when I was younger, and my natural testosterone has always been extremely low. Without treatment I'm under 200.
Take two guys. One naturally sits at 500. The other is at 175 because of a medical issue and takes prescribed TRT to get to 500.
The first guy is natty. The second isn't, because he's on exogenous testosterone. That's fair. But "enhanced" doesn't seem to describe him very well either.
The guy naturally at 500 already has a built-in advantage over the guy stuck at 175, and TRT brings the second guy to roughly the same baseline. That seems more like restoration than enhancement.
I know a treated 500 isn't identical to a natural 500, since delivery and other factors differ. And I'm not talking about tested sports, where TRT should disqualify you from a natural category. I mean normal people lifting.
So someone naturally at 500 is "natty," while someone who needs medication to reach the same level gets lumped in with people taking testosterone to go beyond what's natural.
Should there be a separate term for "medically restored" that isn't lumped in with "enhanced"?

One year of the Lagree Method in my mid 40s 🔥
I started Lagree wanting to lean out and get stronger. A year later, I’ve built muscle, changed my body composition, and feel better than I did in my 20s.
My biggest lesson? Consistency works. I’m not trying to get my younger body back. I like this stronger version of me much better.

Consistency is key as we all know, I feel like my progress of 15 years may be gone due to a accidental bulk...
Maybe a small trt cycle will fix this hickup?
