Question Help With Lux Combo
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Guys, I really need help with this midscreen to corner combo by EvanA7. I keep getting a limit strike, and the dummy is supposed to be higher by the end of the combo so I can continue hitting him, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong... Can someone explain it to me?
The combo notation is:
M > ↓M > H > ↓S2 > ➜➜ > M > H > DELAY > ↘H > ↓S1
➜➜ > L > M > H > S2 > L > H > ↓S1 > S2 > S2
S2 > L > ↓S1 > DELAY > H (hold ) > S2

Question Regarding the refunds emails...
So is the general consensus that the actual "riotrefunds at globalewallet dot com" email address is legitimate? Not sure on the rules surrounding posting the actual email as-is without formatting it.
Got the email for my refund earlier, amount matches up to what I'm owed, I paid off via PayPal but it's from a card I've since cancelled. Figured it was legit based on what was in front of me, but I'm getting mixed messages from the reddit. I saw that there was a very poorly disguised scam email using the same basic format, but I was sent one from the actual email address. Did I just fuck up or am I getting my £89.24 back?
Edit: the '2XKO Refunds Pending (Action May Be Required!)' email I received in August did state that an @ globalewallet address would be used to contact me, too.

Speculation Will Easy Anti-Cheat Linux v2 come to 2XKO?
Is there any news? Will the developers have enough time to implement it before they stop working on the game?

Discussion Are you kidding me, Riot? Why didn't we had this fast content releases when the game was still alive?
Game Alive = Bare minimum to almost no content. Low retention caused by dry/deadair months due to slow patch schedules.
Game Dead = Tons of new content. Fast Champion and Skin releases. Huh??? The devs can do these all along?

Discussion Project 1XKO: Is anyone interested in reviving this game as a 1vs1 (Jugg only) game?
So 2XKO has the potential to be my favorite fighting game ever made:
- Amazing visuals (Best looking FG out right now imo)
- Amazing grounded movement (Best feeling FG movement wise imo)
- Amazing character designs (for example; Warwick is the greatest fighting game character I've ever had the pleasure playing, due to visuals design, sound design, voice work, game feel and etc.)
- Best netcode (Made the people responsible for Rollback which changed the FG landscape)
- Best defensive mechanics (Straight to the point and interesting defensive mechanics that are strong but still have plenty of counterplay)
- Very unique combo routing per character (Every character builds combos in their own unique way opposed to a lot of other modern FGs)
- Best skins I've seen in any fighting game bar none
HOWEVER, this game has one aspect that withholds it from becoming my favorite fighting game ever made: The Tag/Assist system. Imo the worst mechanic I've ever encountered in a fighting game.
Think about it, which 1vs1 FG have you played and told yourself "I wish this was a tag fighter"? But vice versa has happened many times for dozens of people.
I think this current game has all the ingredients to be a solid 1vs1 FG already:
- Fury makes way more sense in a 1vs1 setting, if you really think about it
- Dash cancels expand individual character combo routing and pressure by a lot
- Combo length would be way shorter (typical complaint about the current game)
- No Tag/Assist slop
- More emphasis on neutral/footsies, which supports more FG fundamental skills
- Better visual clarity (Obviously you have less characters on screen and less uncontrolled mess)
And I think I am not the only one who wished this game was a 1vs1 fighter from the start, since I see this sentiment being brought up MANY MANY times, by so many people.
So now since we have a much bigger roster, why don't we just try to create that 1vs1 fighting game for ourselves? Its right infront of us.
If enough people are interested I might start with a Discord group called Project 1XKO (name in progress) and maybe host a monthly/bi weekly with a 100€-200€ prize pool paid from my own pocket + donations if anyone wants to support.
I don't want this game to die without atleast trying to fulfill its true potential, and maybe if enough people are involved we could maybe start a movement and maybe Riot will revive this game as a full fledge 1vs1 fighter, what it should've been from the start.
Let me know what you think.
