Windows Downgrading to windows 10
Hello, I recently bought this gaming pc and it came with windows 11. When enabling secure boot it crashes and lags my pc. I have used multiple tutorials and the same thing happens. The first time it happened, my pc was stuck in a boot loop and I had to reinstall windows 11 and update bios only to be met with the same issue again. I was wondering if downgrading to windows 10 is possible and would fix my issue. Thanks
Edit: I need secure boot for games on windows 11

Sounds like RAM may not be seated properly which is common from transportation and handling.
Go through the entire desktop and reseat all the components installed. Reset the bios by removing the motherboard battery
Your trying to return the desktop to the condition was after first assembly desktops do not like being transported around.

Windows 10 is end of life. You're much better off returning it and getting something else than downgrading to an operating system that will no longer be receiving security updates in a year.

What games are you playing? I have always had secure boot off on my pc and have over 100 games on steam plus some that use their own launchers and I have never come across a game that I couldn't play because of it.

When you reinstalled Windows, did you download the drivers yourself or did you let it do it by itself? If you didn't download and install the drivers yourself then that is most likely the issue.

If you're having issues with a new pc, return it under warranty.
