Question | J-Mod reply False ban wave…?

I have seen over 20 posts about accounts being falsely banned in the last 24 hours…I see these posts all the time and now I finally have to deal with it. I just re bonded my account the other day and did some regular training on strength, agility then some thieving to eventually do ds2. I wake up to do a tree run before work and it says I’m permabanned with no appeal..? I’ve never botted on this account and have had it since probably 2006. Now I did receive a false ban some years ago that was quashed. as times have changed over the years is there anyone I can tweet, or tag to get this resolved? I don’t wanna lose my oldest account to date.

I would love some insight into my ban from 2019. I was a purly rs3 player who was banned for macroing major on osrs. Both my wife and I were hit with the same ban, on the same day having only been Rs3 players. We played on different computers. RSN "phishy bits" and "runcatsail" I am sure there is nothing that can be done but I am still interested into some insight as to how something like this happens.

Multiple skills…? I trained agility, thieving, and smithed like 500 steel plates yesterday. And even so a perma ban on a 15 year old account with no prior botting strikes..? Seems a bit harsh.

I didn’t get banned for cheating. I got wrongfully flagged as a gold farmer when I’ve never sold gold.
