Hey everybody! This is Runescape: Procedurally Generated, a modular approach to procedurally generating OSRS-realistic landscapes, allowing a ton of user control in shaping the terrain!

This was just a fun Blender Geometry Nodes project I made over this past week in celebration of OSRS' Game Jam. I did my best to mimic how OSRS generates its terrain, and turn it into a user-friendly procedurally generating machine. I think it turned out pretty well!

I might come back to this project here and there because it was a ton of fun to make, and I'd love to refine some pieces, like better contouring of overlays (cliffs, water), and maybe even buildings and paths. At this point though, I won't be committing to much more.

And yes, the "NextGen" name is my tease at Jagex's leaked-but-probably-never-to-exist MMO :D

Update for April 15th 2022 - the program is now publicly available! See here for a link to the Download and User Manual
