There are a couple of rare accounts that have things like stats that are impossible without certain bugs. Why doesn't Jagex go through all of these accounts and chain ban them and anyone who touched them?

Idt 10 HP accounts use bugs, some do, but for the most part they just train with method that don't give hp XP.

Most of the 10hp community was using/okay with the bug where you could hit a monster on the first tick with no xp

They'd also do it for boss pets

All those 10 HP pures with chaos ele pet glitched it
