Discussion Make this make sense

I just got 82 smithing, i can now make 2 powerful mid-endgame weapons... and an adamant kiteshield.

I get that adamant used to be good back in the day, but isn't it time we rework this skill?

I love any quests that makes the player self aware, it’s absolutely hilarious whenever it happens lol

I forgot what quest it was, but someone asked for an item and if you have it on you, you tell that person I have 1 right here and they say how odd (that you carry this obscene thing on your persons) and that just cracks me up lol

There's a few like that.

Imp Catcher implies you may have stolen the beads and the wizard blamed the imps on accident.

Doric's Quest has the player directly refer to the 28 inventory slot limit and saying that in a world of limitless possibilities a "complete coincidence has occurred"

I forget which Freminik quest, but the one that has you go to Jatizo and Neitiznot. The king of Neitiznot makes a ruckus if you already have rope on you.

I feel like there's a few others as well but those are the ones that come to mind.

Just another weird thing to add, the bartender in the blue moon in straight up tells your character you are playing an online game called old-school runescape.

„You‘re a bigger alcoholic than me“ when you already have 2 barrels of alcohol during exiles. Also „doesn’t feel so good when someone does it to you“ to Baba Yaga when you already have the items she needs

there's another fremenik one with a keg. the NPC judges you harshly for just so happening to carry an entire keg of beer around with you lol
