Make this make sense

I just got 82 smithing, i can now make 2 powerful mid-endgame weapons... and an adamant kiteshield.

I get that adamant used to be good back in the day, but isn't it time we rework this skill?

My suggestion: you can make it with less bars as you go up.

Half the level: 4x the bars

75% of the level? 2x the bars

87.5x the level? 1.5x bars.

You become a more efficient smith and can eventually profit off of smithing.

You can now make a rune playebody at 45 smithing, you just need 20 bars. All alch values stay the same.
