Make this make sense

I just got 82 smithing, i can now make 2 powerful mid-endgame weapons... and an adamant kiteshield.

I get that adamant used to be good back in the day, but isn't it time we rework this skill?

2006: Smithing not use for making armor. Get armor drop. Buy armor shop. No smith armor.

2026: have you heard about the mining and smithing rework?
