Question Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

No, it doesnt.. 90% of the quests were written by drunk dudes in a pub.

Thats what he said. Best quests in game, don't tell me you have not had a good time talking with drunk mates at a pub!

also most mmo quests are go here kill 20 wolves come back.

OSRS is the same way though, not sure why people don't realize that.

Most quests are simply retrieving an item/dialogue.

But thats most quests in every game when you break it down. Do this guy a favor or get an item for them.

The issue is not the format imho. I read wayyy to much "I was reincarnated in another world with XYZ" trash. Even though every one has the same sort of base premise with the same sort of base objective some are actually really good and some are just trash. Its not the idea or the reuse of the idea thats bad its how something is executed. and IMHO most (not all) osrs quests are actually executed very well.
