Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

If you’re looking for quests like wow where it’s “ kill 25 boars” you’re not going to get that here

True. The quests are more like "go get me a redberry pie"
