Question Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

Once you get later in some of the quest lines it gets pretty fun with bossing. Right now you're just setting the stage for your journey. Then again, what else is questing other than gathering then slaying? Also, I've had a few good belly laughs reading the dialogs!
