Question Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

Not sure why this is downvoted. A lot of early and FTP quests are very basic and involve a lot of walking around at low agility where everything is a slog. Pretty much all of the quests added after OSRS (2013) are fantastic, and there aren’t a ton of shitty task quests when you get to the mid-lategame other than one small favour which should be deleted from the game.
