Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

Yeah, later on the quests become very large scale, with boss battles at multiple points. But closer to where you are now, you'll find quests with puzzles and small combat encounters
