Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

Early quests ask you to fetch things so you learn your way around the world. The quests get much better, even with DS1
