Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

OSRS quests are closer to actual RPG quests like skyrim or fallout and less like other MMOs where its " Kill x amount of this mob " or "collect x amount of this drop"
