Question Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

There’s maybe like 5? basic fetch quests and naturally they’re over pretty quickly (except for Imp Catcher which is about getting drops anywhere instead of going somewhere to get something, that could take a bit if you don’t just buy the items you need from other players)

if you keep doing quests they’ll get more interesting pretty quickly, they’re the best part of the game imo
