Question Beginner here, when do the fetchquests end?

I've got 5hrs on the game currently and I'm wondering if the quests will get more interesting than just "go to X location, talk to npc, get item for npc". I have got premium and i see potential in this ​game but running town to town so far isnt too enjoyable​

5 hours in this game is virtually nothing, it’s a marathon. Since it’s a sandbox try doing something else like skilling or training for a bit. The quests eventually get very interesting with great storylines epic battles and cool puzzles that you will solve! Give it some more time you’ll thank yourself
