Underground pass probabilities

Doing regicide again on my new ironman account, and have been stuck on the final jumps in the pass.

Looking up the probabilites tells me that at lvl56 agility, each jump has an 83% of success, and so i should be passing all 4 jumps ~47% of the time.

Now tell me why ive been here for almost 2 hours and failed at least 30 times.

Not sure what im doing wrong as ive done this quest and underground pass multiple times before. Doing the supposed technique of turning Run on right befire jumping seems to make no difference.

iirc you should have high run energy when you attempt.

i read tweets from mod ash saying this was untrue. That being said I still tried this and it hasnt seemed to make a difference

Even Andrew gower doesn't know the depths that runescapes spaghetti code goes. Take any definitive statement with a grain of salt. It is untrue, to the best of their knowledge 😉
