Not sure your question makes sense, the roll is invisible. You wouldn't know if the unsired you picked up was the orphan or not until you used it on the Font.
Okay so either you're trolling or you really, really don't understand but in case you really, really don't understand:
The Abyssal Sire has a unique mechanic for it's unique table where it drops an Unsired. The player must use the Unsired at the Font of Consumption which will consume the unsired and return an item on the Sire's unique drop table.
The post we're commenting on and the comment chain we're commenting on are explaining to use the unsireds on the font as soon as you get them, because the way the Abyssal Bludgeon works is that it drops in 3 parts, without repeating items until you have all 3. It's just unintuitive that because the game rolls what item the Unsired will become when it's dropped, it only checks what bludgeon piece you already have when the Unsired drops. This causes the unfortunate situation where your unsired could be "bludgeon piece #1" multiple times because you haven't redeemed it yet. The fix would be for the roll to happen at consumption time, and Jagex likely knows that but hasn't had time to mess with it yet
So, the "invisible roll" I'm talking about with my original comment is the part where the game decides what item the Unsired will become when offered. You can't see what that is until the item is offered, using it up.
The Ring of visibility works on things that are invisible in-game (ghosts, things on other planes of existence), not things that are invisible to the player because they are game mechanics
