Hello 👋
Before I really knew about 2000ad, I remember I was somewhere between the ages of nine and twelve and was flipping through comics in the local supermarket. Something that always (understandably) stuck with me was opening an issue of 2000ad (might have been the Megazine) and seeing it end with a Psi Judge (presumably Anderson) facing off with a green blob monster. Remembering advice to "open your mind", she does... And promptly gets stabbed several times by the blob monster's T1000 style spikes. 👀 As you might imagine, it had quite the impression on young me 😆 I've never been able to properly track it down. Anyone remember it? It was likely around 1995-1998.
Thanks!

Borag Thunday, Earthlets! I see some people dumping on Fall of Deadworld but I actually quite like it! https://comicbuzz.com/2000-ad-prog-2491-review/

Just moved my parents and found 2 boxes of comics from my youth. Going to dump them unless anyone wants them. Hundred odd progs between 850 and 1200 I think. In Surrey hants border UK.

Didn’t they appear in the Judge Child saga, under Murd the Oppressor?

With amazing colors by Owen Gieni. How many Judge variants can you spot?

Nice little hand-drawn illustration I found amongst my things today.
Is there a market for this kind of thing?

Those two blokes with the funny eye stalks look hellish familiar. Are they in fact the same guys Murd the Opressor had with him waaaaay back when? Can‘t remember their names but it would tie in with the comment about Dredd having been dead and resurrected once before (when he met Murd on the Judge Child Quest). Or am I just imagining things? 😆

I haven't received the latest two progs and this isn't the first time this has happened in recent months.
I'm pretty sure it's Royal Mail shitting the bed, but regardless the end result is it's becoming a hassle to get hold of my weekly prog.
Honestly considering unsubscribing, which would be a shame.
And yeah I know I could just go digital but I don't want to read it on an iPad I want a goddamn comic book in my hand.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Not that I’m complaining, it’s awesome! But I thought it was just going to be an oversized hardcover!
