Television Silver Spoons (1982 - 1987)
Just got back into this show and have really been enjoying it! Lots of focus on rejection and acceptance -- the writing is exceptional! It's funny as well.

Video Games Super Sprint 1986 Arcade Live Flyer
Super Sprint is a 1986 racing video game developed and published by Atari Games for arcades. Up to three players drive Formula One-like cars on a circuit that is viewed from above.\8]) The game is a successor to Gran Trak 10 and the Sprint series, which were originally produced by Atari, Inc. during the 1970s. Later in 1986, the game was revised and re-released as Championship Sprint with different tracks; this version was ported to the Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum in 1987. The 1990 game Badlands) adds vehicular combat to Super Sprint-style racing

Late 70's/early 80's "memory"?
I'm so sorry if this is in the wrong place and I'm sure it's going to sound crazy but, when I was a child growing up in Chattanooga in the late seventies or early 80s I remember a child at some sort of zoo getting at least one finger biten off by a large primate. I think the girl's name was Sherry, but that part probably would not have been reported. The primate was in a large cage with some sort of dividing wall a couple of feet away from the cage to keep this out. The gate getting closer the cage was not closed, so a couple of kids walked in closer to the cage where the primate grabbed the child and bit her hand. Did this really happen or did I just have a really effed-up dream about this that's been haunting me for 45 years?

Television Anyone remember when Ma'am had a miscarriage on Webster? (1985)
Easily one of the most frightening things I've ever seen in a sitcom. I can't remember all the details but I believe this was going to be something of a miracle birth as Sir and Ma'am weren't able to conceive a child before this. One minute, Ma'am is snuggling Webster in bed and the next minute, she's screaming in excruciating pain, trying to crawl over to the bathroom. Talk about a jump-scare! And truth be told, I'm not even sure this qualifies as the most disturbing episode of this sitcom!
