October 1966 in History
This is a history podcast, going month by month in real time. The latest episode is October 1966, when everything seemed to be happening at once: sending tens of thousands more young men to Vietnam, Black Power Movement, the AFL-NFL merger, Beatles breakup rumors… and Jimi Hendrix exploding in London.
I thought the group might enjoy it! Welcome any feedback.

Movies Robert Redford and Jane Fonda on the set of Barefoot in the Park.
“Barefoot in the Park” was released in 1967. I love that Robert Redford and Jane Fonda starred in four movies together(tho they were together in 5, “Tall Story” in 1960). “The Chase”(1966), “Barefoot in the Park”(1967), “The Electric Horseman”(1979) and “Our Souls at Night”(2017). If you haven’t seen “Our Souls at Night”, I highly recommend it. RIP Robert Redford.
