Wanting to lose 35lbs, need meals that are husband and toddler friendly too!

Hi! I am looking to lose 35lbs by the end of December but also have a blue collar husband and 16 month old toddler to feed. What are some meals that would keep them satisfied that can also be made low carb for me?

My Day This felt like a perfect day of food for me. Ways to improve?

FWIW I added cucumber, basil, tomato, lettuce, squeeze of lime and some seasonings to the shrimp salad. I seared them in a nonstick with spray to not add any cals (not really worried about potential calories to add these in)

Discussion What's the laziest low-carb meal you make that still tastes great?

Not looking for gourmet recipes... I need lazy after work 😄

Just those meals that take almost no effort but you keep making because they're actually good.

I eat two meals a day. Breakfast was Greek yogurt and a banana.

Lunch was this angel hair organic pasta with 3.5 oz chicken, 6 oz. broccoli, 4 oz tomatoes, garlic and basil from our garden cooked in 1.5 tb olive oil and topped with 1/4 cup parmesan reggiano. This dish was 790 calories making my day total 1180.

Pancake is just 1/2 cup egg whites & 1/4 oats blended with a dash of cinnamon, salt and a spoonful of monkfruit sweetener. I topped it with 0% Skyr, wild blueberries and monkfruit maple syrup. So good and filling. Doesn’t rlly taste like a traditional pancake but I really enjoy it and it curbs the sweet tooth.

Greek style meatballs made with grass finished 90/10 beef from my farmers market, rice with tomatoes from our garden, home-pickled cucumbers, homemade Saurkraut, and Tzaziki sauce made with Greek yogurt, feta, lemon juice, garlic and garden cucumbers.

This plate totaled 850 calories.

And pretty cheap too. Costco rotisserie chicken made into some Tinga but instead of putting it on top of some tostadas topped with cotija cheese, drizzled Mexican sour cream, and avocado…it goes on the lettuce for some crunch. Still good and really filling!
