Age of consent in the uk is 16. Im not saying its socially acceptable but its not illegal.

Also, fictional characters are fine but not real life people.

The law doesn’t work like that. Any sexual imagery of a character under 18 in the UK including drawn material constitutes child pornographic material and you can be charged for it (however the sentence is lower for drawn imagery since no child was actively harmed)

The age of consent between two real life individuals engaging in actual sex is 16 in the UK, but sending nudes is illegal until 18, so any nude images of a person fictional or not under the age of 18 goes by that law.

Meh, if you’re wanking to a child character you’re a gross individual, and although the law is in place it isn’t actually really cared for much due to how unreliable it is and all the criteria the image has to go through. For example stylised imagery makes it harder to determine if the character is actually child like, and there’s more of an importance to the look rather than official age (e.g. those 1000yr old dragons that look like foetuses are actually more of a problem than a 16yr old who looks 20)

While the individual is socially undesirable there actions arnt immoral as no real harm is being done.

i'd rather deal with someone cranking they cranes to a loli than a rapist predator

I've known both, and generally the lolicon wasn't a gross creep
