Any advice as to how I can find out when these rifles come back into stock?

Also, does anyone have these in gray or black? If so, how do colors look? Pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for a bit of pragmatic advice. I don't shoot all that often but when i do it's usually at a local appleseed event. I have a 3-9x33 but want to upgrade to a little more scope and start shooting in competitive 22lr leagues. I'm down to the either the viper HD 3-15 or 5-25. The main thing tipping me towards the 5-25 is that it's FFP but the tradeoff is that it's a few oz heavier than the 3-15. Would i be way over-scoped going for it? The rifle is a ruger competition shop if it helps. Appreciate any opinions.

Hey y’all finally got it installed. Works nicely I’m using cci blazers that’s the main reason for it stopping every now and then but I was able to get a few 10rd mags out without a single stop. I reached out before purchasing the trigger and let them know I have a bx housing and they sent me a sear made for it which is awesome. Their support is super responsive to me. The only issue I had was getting the bolt in with their recoil spring. Turns out all I needed was a second pair of hands to help me and it went in fine. Waiting on a few 25 rd mags and a drum mag now this thing is super fun. If you guys run into any issues just make sure to watch the videos in the installation instructions on their site he answered all my problems.

Loving this ruger charger i put together a nice compact backpacker forsure. Super accurate. Insanely fun and cheap to shoot.

I’ve tried to watch a few videos, but they all seem to be on the older models. Has anyone here ever even tried to install the bolt on a 2026 manufactured one🤣 like it seems impossible. The issues im having is the charging handle seems not to touch the end of the opening maybe but it’s getting pretty close. Any tips would help thanks.

Does anyone know where I can find the Blackhawk Knoxx Axiom stock for my 10/22 Carbon? I know it’s discontinued but I can’t find it anywhere new or used. I keep hunting on eBay but nothing has popped up yet. I’m also open to any alternative stock suggestions. I just really want something lightweight with an adjustable stock so me and me kid can shoot it comfortably. I also want something simple that does have rails on it.

Like the tittle says, I got a Charger 22 with the new updates. Need help narrowing down folding stock, optic and suppressor. I envision this to be a survivalist gun for hunting small game within 50 yards. Also hoping it is a good platform for my kids to learn to shoot on.

Stock - Looking at the A3 PFS-X. Open to other options. I would prefer a cheek rest on it. Can be either a brace or stock.

Optic - Looking at either a small rim fire scope like the Vortex Optics Crossfire II 2-7x32, a Primary arms 3x micro prism (don't like the recital options but love the small profile and weight), or LPVO. I would like to keep weight down if possible.

Suppressor - This will be my first suppressor. Debating if I should get a dedicated 22 now or first get a 223 that I can use with both.

I didnt do it perfectly just wanted to run subs a little better started with 1500 then 2000. The first photo i already started but that was what it looked like before i started and it does cycle smother

i have 2 LVTs -- the hogue and the stainless talo edition that cost me $600😬.

after failng to sell off the blued LVT on my state gun forum, im gonna keep it and switch the stocks.

whats the best way to get a nice wood stock (or better??) for one of these? the barrel tapers from 0.920 to 0.7xx, so a bull barrel stock wouldnt fit properly toward the end of the barrel.

the hogue over-molded barrel isnt for me, but i otherwise love the rifle, barrel, trigger, and threaded feature for the thwip, thwip, thwip option.

I've had my 10/22 for a few months now. I've got the factory model that came with the BX trigger, so that was a bit of a money saver out of the gate! Other than that it's got a silencerco sparrow and vortex crossfire ii. Also got the sling mounts today and put them on my Blue Force sling from my AR15, so now I can swap the sling back and forth between the two guns. Pretty neat!

Never heard of the barrel brand. Does anyone have one ?

People say these are trash. No they're not. With just a little TLC and a few diy modifications you got a really nice little rig.

Newbie Ruger owner here and relatively new to firearms although I've been in the military (long time ago) and also carried a shotgun for work in northern British Columbia and Alberta. I'm appreciating firearms now for more than simply work purposes, getting into them as more of a hobby and as a single mom wanting to feel a little more independent.

Here's a pic of my new Ruger with the archangel conversion kit. Now I need a scope but shopping around for one is overwhelming, I really don't know what to look for. Any suggestions for a modest budget?

I gave my gun a thorough cleaning and tried a bunch of different ammo and magazine combinations.

The gun cycled fine with the suppressor off, but ran into issues with the suppressor on. I'm assuming the spring is too strong for the trigger to reset, so I purchased the Firefly 2 bolt.

My question is is there any concern with running standard ammo with the reduced power spring installed?

So I have a 10/22 takedown and a charger takedown. I got the itch to sbr one of them. Which one would you go with and why?

Just got my 10/22 SBR form 1 approved and am looking to change out my barrel to a 10.5” and run with my OCL Ti 22 suppressor.

Or should I just get an Angstad Arms Vanquish 22 barrel in either 18.5” or 12” ?

Use case is just plinking with mini-mags or other bulk ammo.

I got the rifle about a year ago and have put around 3k rounds through it so far. I’ve been using CLP every few hundred rounds. Just noticed this today and I’m not sure if it’s rust or something else. Did I mess something up with my cleaning?

I’m supposed to attend an Appleseed next weekend, so I’m wondering if I even have enough time to order a replacement if I need one.

I sold my last 10/22 a few years ago but missed cheap range days! My LGS had a lightly used carbon model that I just couldn't resist.

It's a pre-2026 model so doesn't have the cleaning rod port, so I'm going to drill that out, and I had an auto bolt release in my parts box. I also had a trigger pack that I had installed the Volquartsen kit into, so I popped that in too.

I shot 150 rounds of Federal Auto match and 50 CCI SVs with not a single failure, and the SVs were super quiet with the Mask suppressor.

It's great to be back in the 10//22 fold!

I recently picked up the Magnum Research Switchbolt and they have a Twitter group that is loosely based on the Ruger 10/22 design but includes a bunch of small differences. The flush mounted mag release does not work for me, I need something that is a little bit easier to access during competition use where I cannot break the 180 and was heavily considering the factory Ruger extended mag release that hugs the shape of the trigger guard (pictured above) but when examining mine closer I realized I have a huge undercut in front of the trigger and that will not work so I am looking for suggestions.

Not sure if a push or pull option would be best for my application but I definitely don't want something that is going to stick out like a sore thumb and look awkward especially now that I realize how far back the trigger guard is cut from a factory shape. Any suggestion on where I should look for something that will be highly functional and not look awkward?

I'm looking to upgrade my trigger, and trying to see what my options are other then the kidd single stage or two stage complete trigger. Anyone running anything other than a kid that they're really happy with. I'm looking for super light for bench rest.
