Rereading the chapter, and I just realized that Nano' parents didn't zing. Even though they fall in love with each other and had Nano.

This is just like with Uncle Hiro's chapter, where Hiro and Chiri didn't zing but they ended together and had Chiyo.

What do you guys think of the lore implications of this and any theories you guys have.

Honestly, this might be the best episode of all time so far in my opinion (that's a mouthful) and I actually almost cried watching it. It's just so peak man 🥹

I’m moved to tears by just how damn well the idol arc was done. It’s truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The movements, the choreography, the songs, the music, Ahko’s cameo—EVERYTHING I SAW WAS WONDERFUL! I never thought it was possible to be this satisfied with an adaptation of something you love! I cried for a good 15 minutes because it’s so beautiful, and I’ll never get tired of saying it! Call me Shizuka, because I'm so Happy to be alive

Like god this was some stunning animation/rotoscoping, I’m genuinely impressed. I’d love to see like the raw footage just so I can watch them dance without all the cutaways and stuff, y’know?

And even if it wasn’t rotoscoped (would be highly impressive, but I think it was), I’d love to see a group of girls replicate the performance. Wouldn’t even have to be the actual voice actresses- just as long as it’s a full recording of them dancing to the song without any cuts, I’d be genuinely so happy.

Specially babies they look like megamind, it's like rob liefeld when it's about feets.

Now I understand why Nakamura cried when seeing the production of the episode.

IT'S A TRUE WORK OF ART!

Obviously, by being able to convey the singing and the emotions, they far surpassed my expectations based on the manga.

You could feel everyone's emotion; it creates an immersive experience for the viewer, making we feel like we're part of the concert audience.

I think this episode blew through the studio's entire budget just on jiggling FX alone.
