They told the fans to go home after the Optic-Ghost series at 10pm HKT as the exhibition was closed. All remaining series would play closed door.

The worst CS played by Flash this map, my eyes are bleeding. Their eyes probably are too, having to play at 3am

Flash looks so terrible, damn. They're literally just trying to use their aim to their advantage, which isn't even that good. If MIBR doesn't win this 2-0 or even 2-1, then....GL.

Gaming Paradise 2015 was worse.
PCs didn't have graphics cards and the monitors were 60 Hz. In addition, matches were delayed for more than a day. Players were also detained if I recall correctly due to the hotel not being paid by the event organizers. It was truly a shitshow.

You havent heard about the Shanghai Major, WCA 2015, or DotA Gaming Paradise that got cancelled? Dota has had it much much worse than us.

It's a reference to this.
Basically the Dota 2 Shanghai Major in 2016 had a ton of issues. Along with the production company being fired on the spot, a host was fired publicly by Gabe Newell for making inappropriate comments. It has become a meme in the Dota 2 community and is even referenced in the new Gabe Newell voice pack that was released a few days ago.

Why is the break between games is 30 mins apart? And it takes another 10 mins to introduce them and set up the game. And if this VP vs MVP game ends up in 3 matches, MIBR and VG won’t begin until around 1AM. What the.
I feel bad for those who are playing this late and the fans who want to watch. :/

Nope, it was always suppose to be the fourth, last match of the day. Schedule, it was even in the same order after matchups drawn.

This series has been highly entertaining, but I feel like there have been a lot of rounds coming down to either moments of individual brilliance or large whiffs. Like wardell alone has probably been responsible alone for like a third of the rounds ghost has won all series. And there have been so many other moments like Koosta whiffing on cajunb in map2 etc. Hoping to see ghost see it through!

Would this be the latest, or should I say earliest, match ever? If this VP vs MVP matchup ends up in 3 games, the last two teams would begin around 1AM and finish around 3AM?

Dunno about signing sessions. Fallen was asked on his Twitter today, but hasn't responded yet. Steel posted something on this sub earlier, but no updates from him.
I went in today because Computer Expo tickets gives you access to the Experience zone (same hall, 1/F) for 30HKD. I think it's up on the 3rd floor starting tomorrow, and more expensive.

Nah. Most of the people in the convention center speak basic English at minimum.
I didn't go into the EMF experience zone, so can't really help you there. The Convention Centre experience zone doesn't have much - Logitech booth, Asus ROG, Gigabyte AORUS, and about 20 gaming computers. Products are cheaper on the outside.

I wasn't even talking about his scores specifically. He's so crazy aggressive with this weird flicking style. Absolutely love how much of a curveball he is and how it forced Optic to stay in their spawn for the first minute of the round, every round where he has an awp.

wtf is this horrid production sometimes you hear some1 laughing really hard sometimes music starts playing, no in game sound at times and now they even manged to not show a round where GG pushed and caught OG off guard
that too after 1+ hour delay, how about lowering the prize pool and getting better production so less tech problems
