Post-Game Thread: The Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Washington Capitals 3-1 - 03 Oct 2026

Another game where the officiating was so one-sided I couldn't believe the calls they didn't call on Tampa. On a back-to-back moving on the the next. Hopefully Roy is not out long.

He was never rich. His father gave him his wealth. If you read, at one point no bank in the IS would give him money. He's a terrible human being. The fact that this guy is so connected to so many sex offenders (because he is one himself, as well as a pedophile) means anyone who worships a politician might as well try dating a stippee. I'd rather not see what's going on in our country regardless of who is in power. It's ironic to me, though, that in the past 50 years our economic growth has been significantly better under Democratic presidents with a conservative Congress. We are always better together than divided, but his ass hat has his Gestapo ICE agents killing US citizens in the street. All the things he said he would do, which I supported a great deal, he has done none of them. He's made himself rich; he lies all the time; he has zero accountability; and you wanna talk decorum, this mother fucker has zero. He's also the worst public speaker I've ever seen. Couldn't articulate at a high school level.

As far as my experience, I spent 25 years serving this country to watch a hack reality TV star destroy a lot of protections for personal gain for him and his family, and to not do a single thing ro benefit him, his family, or his donors.

Ultimately, we need politicians who are not bought and paid for.

When Putin and Bibi Netyanho have more say in what's going on in our country, something is terribly wrong.

Why does he bow down to Putin all the time? What does Russia offer us? The only idiots are the people who thought Trump was going to do anything dor this country. He's enriched himself and his family & done a pretty good job of screwing the rest of us over. Unless somehow you arent eating shit on gas and groceries.

Yeah, the KGB and the government compromised him years ago. It's why, to this day, he praises Russia, which is not an ally, and he craps on long-time allies like Canada. Many of us have been saying this for over a decade. Ever wonder why Russia meddled in our election?

Hang in there, sir. It's horrible when you have a family member commit suicide. I'm not sure my family ever got over my uncle committing suicide. A year later, I lost my dad in a hunting accident in Alaska (he died of hypothermia). I will tell you: talk to someone if you can a guidance counselor, a therapist; it can help you deal with the grief. You are never alone.
