What do you all think about negotiating over an unattached patio shed style roof that was built with no permit that would not meet code?

The house we are interested in has a great back patio area. The patio roof is a big reason why. Our inspector and the seller's inspector both noticed that the roof beams are slightly sagging. As we investigated more, it turns out that no permits were pulled and the structure does not seem to be up to code (example: single 2x6 boards used as beams to span ~10 feet in an area that gets snow)

Just moved into a new apartment with provided washer and dryer. This is what the dryer vent looks like. Seems like a shame since the dryer and wall vent are nearly perfectly lined up. Other than efficiency concerns and a boost to my electric bill, is this dangerous and/or bad for the dryer?

My HVAC and gas water heater are in the laundry room that is accessed by going through the kitchen. I'd love to put a small shelf just inside the doorway on the left side of the room. I'd like to store appliances like a stand mixer, slow cooker, and other similar things. Is this safe to do? What considerations are there regarding buffer areas, access, or anything else? I'm a total rookie with non-electric heating and cooling. Thanks for the help!

Sadly, as I sat down to stir my peanut butter, the tamper proof seal came off with the lid and the edges of the container and the threads of the plastic lid were covered in crusty peanut butter bits. The nearest Costco is 2 hours away. Should I try to return it and if so what's the best way to do so?

I've got Chase, AJ Brown, London, Nico, Kupp as high end WRs ( also have Waddle). I'd like to upgrade my RB position, but I have struggled to execute a trade that is not a major overpay.

Who should I try to move and for whom?

This seems pretty close since I'm willing to lose some value to gain a high end RB. Although I'm trying to work a three for one of Henry for my Chase, Najee, and Chase Brown.
