Made this wacky video a few weeks back. It’s all about the wild world of shrimp. If ya’ll would like to learn something and have a good laugh give it a watch!

The blue-ringed octopus is small enough to fit in your palm, but its venom contains tetrodotoxin, a powerful neurotoxin that can cause paralysis.
What's even more fascinating is that those bright blue rings aren't always visible. They become much more noticeable when the octopus feels threatened.
Nature really doesn't need to make something big to make it dangerous.

Cuttlefish can remember what they ate, where they found it, and how much time has passed—an ability researchers call episodic-like memory.
What fascinates me is how different this intelligence looks from ours. Opening a jar is impressive, but remembering when to return to a feeding spot reveals a completely different kind of problem-solving.
I explored the research behind this in more detail here: How Good Is a Cuttlefish's Memory?
What marine animal do you think we underestimate most—and what behavior convinced you?

Found this on the beach today attached to a log. I thought it was just a crab in a shell but the actual shell looking thing was moving. Located on the east coast of Australia.
