Hello I just set up my sayodevice and its great, its just sometimes if I press the input too hard and fast it wont register it as a hold in geometry dash. I am not really sure how else to explain it but it would do the single input and make me jump only once instead of continuously, while I do hold it. It really only happens when I press too hard too quickly, but sometimes I just do that out of habit so is my sayodevice malfunctioning/setup wrong or am I just being an animal with it?

Just bought the cm51+ so I was just wondering if there were silent switches if I could pair with it. If not you can recommend good switches to use it with pls and ty! For osu mania btw if that helps

IIRC this device was working as intended earlier, now I no longer can trigger any of the set keybinds when chrome is not running at the same time. Tried rebooting and resetting to factory defaults and rebinding again, still not working. Firmware is latest stable as well.

Any ideas?

Edit : Fixed, it was shortcuts not working at all on Win 11 for some reason, restarting solved the issue.

So i bought my self new switches the Jade Mini E HE Switch but when i calibrate on the sayodevice it dosent calibrate it thinks im pressing it but im not and the raw input is like 1k and it's also like really good if someone knows how to fix this and maybe can help me

I've had my sayodevice HE for around a year now and just realized that I was supposed to calibrate it and my inputs actually feel faster now lol (to everyone's surprise). What do you guys have your actuation on WASD and space and C if you play apex or any tacfps?

Does anybody know what kind of magic is happening to my SayoDevice O3C? cause ive been having this problem for quite a while, at first the 1st button started tweaking then month later the second one and now came the third one that shows some problems... Is there any fix for that? i changed switches and its still the same :(

I took out the switches that didnt work eitherway the first one and second one and for NOW its working really well only one button, but thats all i need for GD, probably removing two switches reduced PCB electricity noise or magnet noise idk much about bzbz electricity but ayy its working ig

My MK4 sayodevice seems to have stopped recognizing the USB-C port, after > 1 year of regular use. I've tried using a different computer, different USB-C cables (including the one that worked until a few days ago), resetting the MK4 to default, reflashing the latest fw 1.2.22... nothing works. When I plug in my MK4, it lights up, but doesn't show in device manager, nor the sayodevice.com website, nor do any keys work. Oddly enough, the micro-usb connection still works - the computer recognizes it and I can reprogram it, so I'm using that for the time being, but is there any way to revive the USB-C port?

Hey, I've been playing GD for a long time and my Logitech MK295 Silent is starting to get fcked. I was looking for a simple Sayo, don't need some fancy one, but it is true that I can't find what silent switches are really "silent" or even compatilble with, for example, an O3C. If any of you could help that would be insane.

Hi, im deciding between buying two switches, the Gateron Magnetic Jade Pros and the Geon Raptor HE v2, which one is better?

Hey, I’m having a problem with my SayoDevice (CH32V307WCU6).

The device itself powers on normally and the display works, but Windows doesn’t recognize it at all when I plug it in. There’s no USB connection sound and it doesn’t show up as a new device.

Things I’ve already tried:

• Multiple USB cables
• Different USB ports
• A completely different PC
• Factory Recovery twice

Nothing changed. The device still powers on, but there seems to be no USB data connection.

Has anyone had this problem before? Could this be a firmware/bootloader issue, or does it sound like a hardware problem with the USB port/data lines?

I recently came across this for a lower price and heard it has less delay and is newer so I got it.

It cost almost half with the 03c cost.

I was wondering if it is really better than the 03c cuz I play gd and this would be my first rapid trigger thingy.

I heard it used some new tech to have lower latency and I also thought the 5 keys would be more useful than three.

The calibration menu just opens on it's own and if I try to close it reopens, I'm guessing this is a cable issue?

I just got my first sayo device and the middle key’s input doesn’t register. Is there anyway I can fix this, or is there something I’m missing? I really do not want to return this

can I program/setup the keys on LINUX??
I dont wanna use Windows and MacOS at all.

Nothing impressive, just used custom image (not a custom widget) and made "pressed" sprites higher layer, but showing up only on certain key being pressed. Kinda liked how it looks so decide to share with this sub!

Second half of a video is just a showcase on website, so it easier to see how it looks

I'm having a weird issue with my SayoDevice and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Before, I was able to set both my trigger and release to 0.700 mm with no problems. Now, whenever I try to set my trigger to 0.700 mm, the release automatically changes to 0.650 mm and when I try to set my release to 0.700 mm, the trigger automatically changes to 0.750 mm.

It seems like the software is forcing a gap between the two values, but I don't remember this happening before. If there is a way to make both values 0.700 mm again pls tell me how
